Register Now to Participate in these VISIT USA Shows

RIO DE JANEIRO - SÃO PAULO - CAMPINAS

The U.S. Embassy and the U.S. Commercial Service in Brazil are pleased to announce the next VISIT USA Shows to be held May 19-23, 2014 in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Campinas.

The VISIT USA 2014 shows are the best venues to advertise and promote your product to qualified Brazilian buyers in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, the heart of Brazil's economy.

VISIT USA 2014 - BRAZIL - How to Participate
     
There are three options to participate as an Exhibitor at Brazil's VISIT USA 2014, as follows:
     
  Option One (same fees as last year):  
     
  Table-top in only one city (you may choose the city) $ 1,800
  Educational seminar (optional) in only one city $ 1,800
     
  Total fee for table + seminar in one city $ 3,600
     

     
  Option Two (same fees as last year):  
     
  Table-top in two cities (you may choose the city) $ 1,400 each
  Educational seminar (optional) in two cities $ 1,800 each
     
  Total fee for tables + seminars in two cities $ 6,400
     

     
  Option Three (complete discount package) - New!:  
     
  Table-top in three cities $ 1,200 each
  Educational seminars (required for destinations) $ 1,400 each
     
  Total fee for tables + seminars in three cities $ 7,800
     

     
Note: The original cost for participating in three cities with tables and seminars would be $ 9,600. 

Educational Seminars (Optional)

  • 15 minute presentation for U.S. destinations and attractions
  • 5 minute presentation for hotels, rental car companies, airlines, services at the cost of $ 600 each.
  • Audience of 350-400 travel agents on each session
  • Pre-registration required

Limited number of Educational Seminars: with the exception of Master Sponsors - who have the right to make one seminar presentation in each city - priority will be given to U.S. destinations and U.S. attractions on a first-come, first-served basis.
