The State of U.S. Travel and Tourism Industries: November 2010
The U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of Travel and Tourism Industries recently published its monthly State of the Industries report, which highlights the leading travel and tourism-related indicators for the month and year to date.
Combining a myriad of government data from the United States, Mexico, and Canada, the State of the Industry Report is designed to provide the industry with the latest impact of travel and tourism on the U.S. economy; travel and tourism employment, prices, total industry output; and travel and tourism-related exports, imports, and the balance of trade.
A few highlights from the report:
The State of the Industries report showcases U.S. travel and tourism exports/imports, total industry output, employment, and changes in travel and tourism-related prices, to name a few.
