Obtain Year 2000 Data as it Becomes Available!!

The Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (ITA) Office of Tourism Industries (TI) has released the 1999 data for its I-94 and I-92 programs. This information is compiled into annual, quarterly and monthly reports available by subscription through TI. If you are a past subscriber you must renew your subscription as it is not done automatically. For those of you interested in detailed 2000 non-resident arrivals and/or arrivals/departures air-traffic data, now is the time to subscribe to reports on these two databases. TI NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT OF THESE TWO PROGRAMS SO THAT THEY WILL STAY AVAILABLE. PLEASE SUBCRIBE NOW!

Descriptions of the programs and subscription information are as follows:

I-94: This report represents the Immigration and Naturalization Service's non-residents arrivals data. All non-U.S. citizens must complete this form to enter the United States. This is the most accurate source for how many international travelers visited the United States in any given year. There are 26 tables that provide monthly and year-to-date arrivals information for around 90 countries and all world regions. Information is also available to 40 airports for 10 world regions and 30 countries. Percentage change for the month and year-to-date are provided, see the TI web site for more information on this program.

I-92: This report is an international air traffic data base for all arriving and departing flights for all countries except Canada. It is the only United States source for estimates on how many U.S. citizens left the country. It provides country and airport-to-airport air traffic figures on a monthly basis. Within the report, there is air traffic volume estimates for scheduled and charter flights, U.S. and foreign flag carrier air traffic volume, and the number of U.S. citizens and non-citizens who are on arriving and departing flights from the U.S. Information is available for over 100 countries and around 90 U.S. airports. There are four sections to each report offering air traffic volume figures by country and U.S. and foreign airports. To learn more about this program go to TI's web site.
