The U.S. Commercial Service is promoting a U.S. Travel Pavilion at EQUITANA 2013, scheduled for March 16-24 in Essen, Germany. EQUITANA 2013 is Europe's premier equine trade event and ideal for promoting travel to the United States. The U.S. Commercial Service and Reed Exhibitions have joined forces to offer U.S. equine tourism destinations the opportunity to promote resorts, ranches, and events to Europe's largest audience of equine enthusiasts.
There are two options for U.S. travel destinations interested in participating:
- Reed Exhibition is organizing a U.S. Pavilion for U.S. firms that want to exhibit at the show. Individual kiosks are available for $2700. Benefits of exhibiting at the pavilion include increased media exposure prior to, during and after the show; a one-page presentation in the show directory; a video presentation during a media event; and a post-show exposure report. For details, please contact Mary Ellen Guerrlich, International Sales Executive at Reed Exhibitions at 203-840-5342 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For those companies that want to promote their resorts, ranches or events without the expense of traveling to Germany, the U.S. Commercial Service is organizing a catalog show. U.S. firms can showcase their resorts, ranches, and events for $600. Benefits from participating include the distribution of your marketing materials by U.S. Commercial Service staff; a short video presentation of your destination at the pavilion; pavilion media exposure prior to and during the show; and a post-show exposure report.
